🎟️Tickets & Access
The Online Only ticket gives you lifetime access to the video course recordings of all four Day 1 workshops, plus the digital workshop materials. You can watch at your own pace, rewatch sessions as many times as you like, and share with your team. Recordings will be delivered 3–5 business days after the event.
Online Only tickets do not include in-person attendance, Fabricator Olympics access, spectator seating, roundtable sessions, live Q&A with speakers, or networking events.
The Shop Team Pass covers 3 people with full in-person access to both days of the summit — workshops, roundtables, live Q&A with speakers, networking events, and the Fabricator Olympics. Team tickets also include priority group seating so your crew sits together. It's the best per-person value we offer.

👤Who Should Attend
WBOS is built specifically for welding and metal fabrication shop owners who want to run a better, more profitable business. If you own or operate a shop — whether you're a solo operator just starting to grow or running a larger team — you'll get real value out of Day 1's workshops.
This is not a trade show or a general business conference. Every session is designed specifically for the realities of running a fabrication business.
Not at all. Whether you've been running your shop for 20 years, just started last year, or you're a one-person operation just getting off the ground, the workshops are built around practical, actionable content that meets you where you are. If you're doing the work yourself and trying to figure out how to grow or run things better, this event was made for you. The roundtable sessions are especially valuable for newer shop owners who want to learn from peers who've been through it.

Hotel recommendations coming soon. We'll update this page with our preferred hotel and any group rate information once confirmed. We recommend booking accommodations early as options near the venue are limited.
The most convenient airports are:
  • Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) — approx. 40 min drive
  • Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) — approx. 80 min drive
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) — approx. 90 min drive
We recommend renting a car at the airport. Uber and rideshare options are available in the area but are not always reliable or cost-effective for the distance to Kempton.
